Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused system or filters in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and installation hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label or RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package via a traceable carrier to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
